AstraZeneca Vaccine?

I am an American citizen currently in Hanoi, Vietnam. The Vietnam government is in the process of vaccinating everyone in Hanoi. I believe (not 100%) we are getting the AstraZeneca Vaccine. I have been asked to sign up for the shot. My concern is due to my current health. I have diabetes and high blood pressure as well as gout. I am not taking any medications for any of these diseases. Obviously, my life is in danger already. My question is, is it safe to get the vaccine given my underlying medical issues? If I don't get the vaccine I will be the "talk of the town" and I will be avoided at all costs. Being that I am here to teach alienation would not be a good thing.

I have a very different opinion and ideology about the vaccination the different types the Factive meaning boosters and others. But with that being said, and your prior medical history, as well as, your job/profession that you are doing in Vietnam pretty much put you in the corner that you have to get it.

Watch out for flu like symptoms otology after you get Vaccinated. If you do not feel well after the vaccine ensure that the local health officials are aware. You will also probably get a card or some sort of documentation stating that you’ve been vaccinated, I don’t know if they’ll be doing antibody testing afterwards and or other state of boosters in Vietnam. But I would be and would advise to follow any of your local government and our health officials where you’re at to be in compliance. Thank you and I wish you nothing but wellness health and happiness thank you
