“Base of the penis pains after masturbating?”

I used to masturbate a lot before, but now I have reduced it to once a week. After masturbating, if I get another erection within maybe 2-3 hrs, the base of the penis pains - the muscle which joins the groin and the penis. Moreover, I also have pain in my groin region after masturbating. I have no problem getting the erection, but it feels really uncomfortable. If I get another erection after 5-6 hrs, the pain won't be there, and everything will be normal. Should I be worried?

I also have some tight foreskin problems. Is this related to the muscle pain that I feel after masturbating? I do not have any pain on the tip of my penis.
