“Bloated?”
My wife has an excessive amount of air in her small intestine. She looks like she is pregnant and you can see her small intestine through her skin moving around. We need help she is very uncomfortable and is desperate.

I would need a lot more information about this case before rending an opinion. There are many possible explanations. If there is dilated small bowel then obstruction, ileus, pseudo-obstruction come to mind. This requires a formal diagnosis followed by treatment.
