“Blood after bowel movement?”
When I wipe after a bowel movement there is blood and even when there is no bowel movement there is blood.

May be a simple thing like hemorrhoids.Get a colonoscopy if you have not had one in the last few years.
Assuming no other symptoms, likely hemorrhoids, but one cannot rule out rectal malignancy or even otherwise asymptomatic proctitis. A digital exam at the visit and probable colonoscopy given her age and to especially view the distal mucosa.
It's probably hemorrhoidal bleeding. You need a colonoscopy if you have not had one.
