“Bug bite or staph?”
If you get stung or bit by something unknown in the armpit and it starts healing and a week later another spot occurs down by the pelvic area is this an allergic reaction to a bug bite?

I don't know. Please go to a dermatologist asap.
As an internist, I only see and care for adults. On the photo, it looks like there is some peeling skin, but this is not mentioned. Also, the location of the body part on the photo would be helpful.
