CT results?

Slightly irregular contour to the medial segment of the left hepatic lobe anteriorly. No definite mass seen in that area on the prior exams. This contour abnormality is favored to be due to differences in positioning and respiratory effort. Continued attention on follow-up is recommended. What does this mean?
