You can drive with astigmatism, BUT, how much astigmatism do you have, are you safe to drive, especially at night, and do you meet your state's minimum driving visual standards? If you have a small amount of astigmatism, in order to be a little clearer and safer, why not use a pair of glasses only to be used while driving?
