Can IV fluids be responsible for vital numbers?

Can IV fluids and not the patient determine her or his blood pressure, pulse rate, respiratory rate and breathing, blood sugar, and other vitals making up his/her numbers and not the patient while taking fluids? Like life support through artificial means, such as saying taking the patient off IV fluids would cause the patient to falter back to horrendous vitals. Then how can doctors determine this and how can they know the patient is getting better and take them off of fluids. Fluids are saline, potassium, some pain medication and protein, and some vitamins. The patient is breathing on her own.

IV fluids are very important to hydrate patients, and improve their vital signs if the reason of their health problems are related to dehydration. They are also important when the patient is in a hospital setting and need to receive IV medications
