Stomachache can be a symptom of different medical conditions and needs to be properly diagnosed by a physician. Most of the time it is nothing serious. Booster shot can wait till the stomach pain is resolved as there is no urgency for booster. So wait till the stomach pain has been taken care of and resolved in my opinion.
No...please put it off until she is well.
As long as she is not running fever or wheezing she can get a vaccination.
