Your question is vague. What do you mean by "help"? It is difficult to believe that you are casually sitting around typing questions on a computer with a dislocated ankle.
In answer to your question, Chiropractors are not trained or licensed to treat an acute injury such as a dislocated ankle. Dislocated ankle treatment requires anesthesia (Local, General, or Spinal) which Chiropractors are not licensed to administer. They also do not have the training with this type of injury which may require open surgery which they cannot perform. They are not licensed to perform invasive procedures.

If the ankle is dislocated there is usually severe trauma indicative of a bi- malleolar ankle fracture. There are other mechanical scenarios that can cause a dislocated ankle necessitating ankle brace but in general treatment would be open reduction with internal fixation. Thanks
Absolutely not. A dislocated ankle is a serious injury resulting in potentially permanent disability if not treated by a foot and ankle surgeon, podiatric or orthopedic foot and ankle.
If your ankle is truly dislocated, then you likely would need to see an orthopedic surgery foot and ankle or trauma specialist. However, many people's ankle or foot may get slightly out of alignment or mildly subluxed, in which case a chiropractor or a Sports Medicine physician who does Osteopathic Manual Treatment (OMT) can correct that. Often after the correction, the foot or ankle can be taped or strapped to hold the correction awhile to allow your body's supporting tissue structure to normalize. I don't know what the chiropractors can and cannot do. But the specialists for foot and ankle issues are Podiatrists and foot and ankle ortho.
Ankle dislocation is a serious medical condition which should be addressed urgently.

No. An ankle dislocation requires surgical intervention usually. The ligaments and tendons may be severely damaged, and relocating the ankle may impinge nerves and may block circulation if the relocation of the ankle is not performed properly. But most of the time, there are also fractures involved in a dislocated ankle, and that most definitely requires a surgical intervention
