Can a heel bunion be fixed?

I have a heel bunion. Can a heel bunion be fixed?

I've never heard of a heel bunion. But if you are referring to is a bump on the back of the heel where the Achilles tendon inserts, then the answer is yes. It can be surgically removed like a bunion. It is called a Haglund's deformity.
I'm not sure exactly what you're referring to is a heel bunion. If you mean a bump on the back of your heel that can be fixed with conservative treatment such as anti-inflammatory medication and arch supports. Sometimes surgery is needed to remove the bump. There is not a heel bunion. There is a heel spur and a bunion. A bunion is located at the first metatarsal head(the long bone on the inside of the foot) and can be corrected with surgery. A heel spur is on the bottom of the calcaneus(heel bone) and rarely requires surgery.
