“Can a neck out of alignment cause dizziness?”
I am a 17 year old female. I want to know if a neck out of alignment can cause dizziness?

Yes. Neck misalignment may contribute to or cause dizziness or vertigo. There are many causes of both symptoms. The physician should evaluate blood pressure, inner ear/semi circular canals as well as neck to properly diagnose the cause of your symptoms.
Good luck.

There are many potential causes of dizziness. You need to have it checked out by a health care provider that will take a thorough history and perform an examination.
One of the more common physiological findings of cervical misalignment is dizziness. There is a neurological link between the vertebrae in the neck and the vestibular mechanism that controls balance. In my practice, I have found that dizziness often accompanies a subluxation in the neck. After a few treatments, the dizziness often goes away or is greatly reduced and improved.
