Accurate treatment requires a proper exam. However, stretching and mobility exercises often prove helpful
A home exercise program, or moist heat and stretching. Icing after exercise. Formal physical therapy. May take Tylenol or an anti-inflammatory as tolerated as needed.
Stretching! & keeping the body aligned during activists

Great question! Hip flexor dysfunction is what I see the most in my practice. Find a good practitioner that can help you stretch it and strengthen your core..
What caused your hip flexor pain? It is difficult to recommend a specific treatment without knowing the history of this pain. Potentially, proper exercises, Chiropractic Pelvic Adjustments and stretching. I recommend you see a knowledgeable Healthcare professional about this if you haven’t already done so.
