My friend was diagnosed with anorexia. I want to help her. Can a psychiatrist help with anorexia?

I agree with the above Meds are only an augmentation only when patients are delusional and have body dysmorphic disorder than the antipsychotics may help.
It depends what cause the anorexia so it’s yes if psychotherapy failed
