Hi, creative and somatic therapies can be incredibly effective for working with anxiety and alleviating symptoms. The length of treatment depends on your unique goals and needs. If you are in the United States then you can search for a provider who is licensed in your state. If you are within California - I have availability to accept new clients - please visit www.sylvansart.com for more information and to contact me directly.
Is the anger arising due to anxiety? Because you are describing two separate feelings and therefore, how they are connected need to be further explored. Anxiety can be well managed with the right kind of help which may be in the form of medication, therapy, environmental changes and/or a combination of any of these. My best recommendation would be to seek help promptly with a mental health provider. They can help you in identifying and coming up with an individualized plan for your anxiety and anger.
Of note, this is just my opinion. Please seek mental health support promptly to better identify and manage your symptoms. In the event that you're experiencing thoughts of self-harm or any concerning symptoms, please call 911 or go to the nearest ER immediately

Knowing the difference between anxiety and anger may help you understand your emotions and feelings. I would recommend setting aside 10-30 minutes of your schedule towards breathing and relaxation to help you with maintaining a balance in your mental health.

Yes! Anxiety and anger can go away. We are able to rewire the brain at any age, but it does take consistent and mindful practice. These are both healthy and good emotions to have. We don't want to take them fully away because they are tied to our survival mechanisms. The idea is to learn your body's cues and intensity levels to better manage these emotions so that they do not interfere with our daily functioning, and more use them for the benefits they can bring us.

Anxiety may go away if the triggering factors are resolved
There are ways of studying your self and the circumstances that leads to the recurring anxiety
There are many studies that using certain herbal remedies initially might help
Such as green tea contains L_theanine
Passion flower or lemon balm
But before anything you have to discover what triggers the episodes

Anxiety, depression, and stress are my favorite things to treat because acupuncture works so well. I've had Vietnam vets who have been experiencing PTSD for 40 years able to get off their antidepression/anxiety meds after receiving a course of acupuncture. Check with your local practitioners.
