Digestive Intensive is very effective in treating gastritis. As we age we lose the
digestive enzymes in our stomach
Pain is usually not from gastritis directly but from sensitivity of the stomach, especially to stretch after eating. The type of food doesn't matter much but the amount that you eat can make a difference. Smaller melas and lighter foods are usually easier to tolerate.
