There is a limit to the amount of myopia but, there are other procedures for high myopia
There are many factors that need to be taken into consideration to help determine if you are a good candidate. It is best to confirm with your doctor if you are eligible for laser eye surgery.
Up to -12 diopters yes
Depending on how old you are, the amount of myopia, and corneal anatomy. If you are under 16 there are treatments to help stop you from getting more myopic (MiSight, atropine, etc). If you are over 20 and your Rx is stable you can get a LASIK/PRK consult and they can check if you are a good candidate (cornea needs to be thick enough). If not, there are other non-laser procedures like ICL. These procedures are of course expensive out-of-pocket costs.
