I have depression and want to treat it. Can physical activity help depression?

Yes one of the neutransmitters that is low is norepinephrine and when we exercise we increase the release of norepinephrine. Also study show women has more benefit with weight lifting exercise. Running has studys showing benefits as well as other exercise
