yes.
yes
I am very successful at treating plantar fasciitis. I am certain someone in your community is also. You should be seen and treated by a well-trained surgical Podiatrist in your area. You should be wearing appropriate orthotics. You should be stretching and icing several times a day. You should receive cortisone injections if the pain has been present more than 3 months. You must wear the appropriate shoes and sandals, and follow the protocols necessary to treat the problem.
Plantar fasciitis can be managed. It is a complex condition that has many different components. I recommend you discuss with a foot and ankle surgeon (podiatrist) regarding details
Yes, most cases can be treated and resolve in2 to3 months.
Certainly. I don’t know what treatments you have had, but if you have only been seen by one podiatrist, try a different one and ask what treatments they offer. If you have had these treatments already, you might be a candidate for surgery. I advocate the endoscopic surgery with its quick recovery, minimal complication, and excellent results. There is NO need to remove the heel spur if you have one!
It is nearly always possible to keep plantar fasciitis completely under control so you are totally pain free. Contact your podiatrist.

Yes. There are multiple available acceptable treatments and not every treatment is successful for everyone. The plantar fasciitis symptoms may recur even if successfully treated. Please consult with a Board Certified Podiatric Surgeon.
Yes, there are many therapies that can help plantar fasciitis. Osteopathic manipulation can help, physical therapy, exercises and injections can all help.
