Can prostate infection be fixed without antibiotics?

I have a prostate infection. Can prostate infection be fixed without antibiotics?

Unlikely.
An infection ( by definition) needs to be treated with antibiotics. On the other hand, if there is an inflammation and chronic prostatitis without any confirmed infection, the antibiotics will not likely help and other treatments such as Acoustic waves, EMTT may be very helpful.
