“Can scoliosis be fixed with surgery?”

There are many variables to scoliosis, age of patient, severity, and cause. “Fix” may not be possible dependent on the above, it may only arrest progression. If relatively minor there may be other interventions short of surgery that could be of benefit. This is where Osteopathy would be appropriate.
