It depends on the issue. Any vaccine or injection of medicine can cause local neurological issues if administered incorrectly. If the issue is more global (involves the whole body), not a messenger RNA

The only serious neurological side effects of the COVID 19 vaccinations occur with the J and J vaccination. One of these Gillian- Barre Syndrome. This is a diffuse weakness. The other is clotting n blood vessels which can lead to strokes and heart attacks. The Phizer and Moderna vaccines do not seem to have any serious neurological side effects.
