If clear, then yes, but you have to rinse your mouth with water after that.

You can drink anything at all while wearing Invisalign, some things are safer and better to drink than others. The safer drinks are less acidic and less staining. Seltzer water has an approximate pH of 4, pH will vary based on the amount of CO2 as well as other minerals in the seltzer and the pH of the water. So, while it is a clear liquid, usually, the acidic nature of seltzer water makes drinking it and leaving the acid on the teeth less than desirable.

You can drink Seltzer while wearing Invisalign. Any clear liquid is perfectly fine to drink without causing discoloration to your trays. The trays will still function as they are intended to even if they become discolored and yellow. Just remember, they won’t appear invisible if they are discolored, but you are typically wearing it for 2 weeks before wearing the next tray.
Not recommended. Plain water is the only thing you should eat or drink.
