How can I deep clean my gums at home?

I am a 29 year old male. I want to know how can I deep clean my gums at home?

You can not deep clean your gums at home. This is a professional dental treatment that must be done by a licensed dental hygienist. Attempting to perform any type of self-cleaning will, in fact, harm the teeth and cause further gum disease.

Hello,

Sorry to hear about your need for a deep cleaning. I am usually a big DIY (do it yourself) type of person. However, even if it was a good idea to do a deep cleaning at home by yourself, I do not even think it is possible. This is coming from someone who has spent too much time wondering if he could do a regular cleaning on himself. I do not think it is possible for the follow factors: all the different angles needed to get around all the different teeth in your mouth, get under the gums while looking into a mirror (sometimes two mirrors for certain areas like the inside of your lower front teeth) and ability to see what your are doing. Let alone factors like it takes professionals who do deep cleaning years of practice to understand what they are doing, what they are looking at, and how to best handle things that come up. All that being said, you can focus this energy on something else. Most places will give a free consult and free second opinion. Why don't you go to 3 different places and see if they all agree that you even need a deep cleaning? It would not be good to mess yourself up by trying something that you did not need in the first place. You may just be surprised what a different professional has to say.
Hope this helps.

My best to you!

You can’t deep clean your gums at home. All you can do is brush, floss, use listening, or diluted hydrogen peroxide mouth rinse. The dental hygienist will need to get deep under the gums.
Unfortunately, if you have been told you need a deep cleaning, there is no safe home remedy for this. A dental professional must remove the tartar (calculus) that has attached to the root surfaces of your teeth below the level of the gums. The calculus must be removed using ultrasonic tools and sharp dental instruments. If the calculus is not properly and completely removed you are at risk of developing a periodontal (gum) abscess.
Hi.

You can't do deep clean at home. You need anesthesia for deep cleaning.
