There are several different options depending on the exact reason for the gun infection. Most commonly, a deep cleaning or gum surgery is needed to treat the infection.

We do LANAP Laser Assisted Gum therapy at our office which is the most effective way of treating gum infections.

Hello,

In order to advice you on correct treatment option a definitive diagnosis is needed. Visit a dentist our hygienist to get an idea about the cause of your infection. Unless the problem is identified, no treatment should be rendered.

It depends on the source of the infection, its location and to what extent the teeth and/or the bone are affected. Treatment options can range from needing periodontal care, a root canal or possibly even an extraction. It's best to go and get evaluated at a dental office ASAP.

Brush, floss, Listerine rinse, hydrogen peroxide diluted 50% with water. See your dentist to get teeth cleaned, probably need deep cleaning. Could also be an abscessed too the that needs treatment.
