I have pink eye and want to fix it. Which eye drops help with pink eye?

If pink eye is caused by a virus then no preserved artificial tears help. If it's caused by bacteria you need antibiotic drops which have to be prescribed by an eye care doctor. You need to be careful not to spread it to others.

If the pink eye is due to an infection (bacterial or viral) see an ophthalmologist to determine if a prescription is needed.
