Cat licked my eyeball

a couple years ago my grandmothers cat randomly licked my eyeball when we were playing. It left a red/yellowish spot and I’m wondering if it’s dangerous

I would have it checked for sure. Most of the times we photograph and measure these types of things to make sure they aren't growing or changing in size.
Difficult to tell if it looks malignant based on that photo as it is blurry. It would be a good idea to photo document it every few months to monitor. If you are concerned about that area changing in size, shape, color, elevation, and/or it becomes more vascularized, I would definitely recommend go seeing a doctor.
That is a freckle
A general ophthalmology can help you with that question since it has been so long. You should have routine eye exams to watch for any change.
It is difficult to see what is going on with the current image. Since it has been many years that this occurred, and if this has not changed in size or color, it is probably not dangerous. However the best thing would be to get checked by an eye doctor.
This is a mole and we can remove it.
In all probability, this "cat lick" did not cause this spot on your eye. Your tear film probably "washed" away anything that may have been in the cat's saliva, but I NEVER answer any question based on probabilities, nor pictures. I would strongly suggest that in order to be totally certain that this spot is nothing to be concerned about, that you have an eye doctor look at it, especially under a microscope. This way, you will know, based on a personal-professional appointment in-person what this is exactly. Good luck and best wishes.
Could be infection
Thank you for asking the question. I recommend an eye examination to view the eye more closely. Please take good care.
