Cervical fusion issues after 10 years?

I had a cervical fusion a long time ago. I have recently noticed my neck making popping or crunching sounds. I have had what I thought was a stiff neck for about a week, but I am experiencing extreme pain. It feels like when I move my neck a certain way, that I get a sensation of being shocked. It feels like my head drops, a shock, then extreme pain. I can barely move my neck, I also just got over COVID, but I am still having headaches, as well as a low-grade temp. When I have that shock feeling, I feel like I instantly blackout for a second when my head drops, I feel the shock and it brings more pain. Could this be a pinched nerve or something? I also have fibromyalgia and have not been able to take my Gabapentin, therefore my foggy brain has cleared up and it just came to me that the noises neck could be something going wrong.

I am very concerned about your symptoms
Suggest
1) see Spine Surgeon ASAP
2) MRI cervical spine with and without contrast
Please seek medical attention as advised
This is something that you need to have it looked at right away. It could be problems related to your fusion or adjacent areas. Call your doctor and get in rather urgently.
