OB-GYN (Obstetrician-Gynecologist) Questions Cervix Disorders

Cervical mess

Years ago (around 2019) , I noticed my cervix was starting to be right at my vag entrance. I went to a doc and they said they noticed nothing. It's current state right now is much worse. My cervix sticks out over an inch for sure when i'm on toilet/squating. When I stand, it's still painful and uncomfortable. I can sometimes sit on it. I usually have abdominal pains. When using the restroom, just touching my cervix mid wipe can sometimes cause more pain. My worst times are during my periods. Which is often, sometimes being on my period for several weeks in a row, then clean one, then back on. I also get ovarian cysts. Since everything got worse, I haven't felt like myself and normal pain killers have no effect. I sometimes want to cut it out myself. I don't have insurance so I havent seen a doctor recently, but i'm afraid it'll just be a waste and they'll tell me they see nothing again. Or that they want me to push it back up. I would really prefer getting a full hysterectomy, but is that possible? I'm 23 in May. They say it's nearly impossible to get the surgery if you're young and can have kids. But I don't want any, I just want it all gone.

It is highly unlikely that a doctor would perform a hysterectomy on someone under the age of 30 without a diagnosis of cancer. There are devices called pessaries that can help hold the uterus up. You can also have a uterine suspension procedure. You can go to the county hospital and see a gynecologist there to discuss these options.
It sounds like uterine prolapse from what you told me. If so, it can be fixed. You are very young to have prolapse. I would recommend seeing a gynecologist & getting it evaluated. You also need a Pap smear.
