Complication after c section?

I want to ask a question about my wife's health. My wife had a c section two weeks before, but she was suffering from a lot of pain after Day 1. Today she felt that her stomach is heavy and she visited the doctor again and did an ultrasound, where it mentioned that “ there is complex collection containing debris and specks measuring 129x47x68mm seen in lower anterior abdominal wall over the above previous surgical scarand also comunicating intra pelvic cavity around the uterine funds. resolving/infected hematoma or abscess. Please tell me whether it will be resolved by medication, as the doctor recommended anti-inflammatory, antibiotics for 5 days otherwise doc says need to drain the fluid. One more thing which doctor said it’s because of immunity, but I want to confirm either it’s because of doctor or really because of immunity?

I don't know what you mean by "immunity." Maybe your doctor meant the ultrasound findings are the results of inflammation, part of normal healing. There may be a hematoma (blood clot) in the wound or a wound infection (cancel.) The wound might need to be opened to drain if there is a hematoma or wound infection.
This really sounds like it should be addressed with more than just medication. A drain would be the bare minimum necessary, but if there is communication of the cavity within the abdomen, it should be addressed surgically. I would start with have a general surgery and gynecologic evaluation.

Hello, wound problems occurs after surgery, it is always a risk, it is more likely if it is an emergency operation. I doubt that immunity had anything to do with it and usually the cause is never known. I favor opening the wound and washing it out, however antibiotics will work too but usually take longer. Keep in touch with the doctor and report any fevers.
I suspect the fluid collection will require drainage- either percutaneously (with a needle) or more likely an incision thru part of the recent C-Section wound. In terms of cause, I am not sure what "immunity" means. Post-op seromas and abscesses are quite common.
They will try antibiotics first. Consult Functional Medicine and Acupuncture with Moxibustion. Your wife has to lose weight once cleared by OB-GYN.
