I contracted psoriasis after the Moderna booster shot. Am I stuck with this for life Is this an uncommon occurrence?

To my knowledge there is no causal relationship between the vaccine shot you received and the development of psoriasis.
But you should speak to your doctor and report the details of date of vaccination, type, lot number, and the date your skin condition emerged. Maybe others have had the same experience and by you and others reporting, there the connection will be recognized.
