Diabetes?

I have not had my levemer pen since Sat. In between insurance, waiting on authorization to change to homolog because that what my insurance will approve. Yesterday, Thursday my left ankle start to swell, the right one is very little. I have apt to see my new primary doctor on Sept 15. Any suggestion? Oh I did soak yesterday in Epsom salt it helped.

Yes, I agree, you should see your physician as soon as possible. Hopefully you are still a candidate for oral medications. However your situation brings up a very important point, not just for you but for everyone. Please review and select your insurance very carefully, typically people choose the least expensive and later blame their physician and/or expect their physician to supplement the patients insurance costs. The supplementation is typically in extra payroll and tax costs to the physician, costs that insurance for not cover. Given your situation, exercise, diet and more likely than not significant weight loss will markedly help your situation.
