“Did I have a stroke?”
I think I might have had a stroke. About a month ago my face started dropping my speech is slurred, I can't see out of one eye and my arm goes numb constantly.

It’s certainly possible. An MRI of your brain should confirm.
You should see a neurologist immediately. If you don't know one, see your own MD ASAP who will refer you to one or set up a CT scan of your head.
