“Do I have a stomach ulcer?”
So about a week ago I started feeling a pain on the upper left side of my stomach it’s been coming and going but I went 2 days without feeling it but earlier today I started getting cramps, constipation, and later diaherra I had also threw up and had heart burn but I’m expecting my period to come soon and I have gerd so those might be from that. Well around 3 a.m I still felt cramps but also the pain had come back in my upper left side of stomach for the first time in over 2 days. I know this is a lot sorry but I was just wondering if the stomach pain could be an ulcer or something less serious. My cat also likes to walk on my stomach at night so I was wondering if it could be bruised on the inside from that

Very hard to say what that pain could be from. I would need to ask a lot of specific questions in order to try to determine if the pain is coming from the stomach, intestine or colon, or even the abdominal wall or elsewhere. The cat definitely has nothing to do with it.
