“Do I have oral thrush?”
I have a sore on my tongue that's been there about a week now. I've been using coconut oil and saltwater to try to treat it, and it's not working. Is there an over-the-counter treatment for thrush and pain?

It needs to be examined clinically before establishing the diagnosis.
Do not assume you have thrush. See a dentist. It could be many other things.
Thrush is basically a fungal infection, so if there is an over-the-counter medication for a fungal infection that is safe to take orally, that would be best. It is still a good idea to be checked out by a dentist, physician, or other oral care specialist.
