“Do chiropractors really move bones?”
I am a 33 year old male. I want to know if chiropractors really move bones?

I would say yes, chiropractors do move bones from one position to another. It is not some great amount of movement like some people think. Rather, it is a subtle push and release of the bones that are out of position and restricted in their normal movements. It is usually a very small movement, but can have a big effect.
They definitely do. All day long. If bones didn't move, we would walk around like the Tin Man in the Wizard of Oz!

Possibly. But not much. At most, a millimeter at a time. Young people with open growth plates that have a curvature of the spine can potentially have the curve angle reduced. Chiropractors really help joints move freely.
