Depends on the injury, can't really explain without more detail
I work with Airrosti, between working soft tissue and stretching and strengthening we can usually create a healthy back pretty fast. Then it’s up to you to maintain it.
Proper evaluation with a chiropractor will determine that.
The question is too vague. There are many ways to injure the lower back. You should consult a physician to provide an accurate diagnosis and provide a treatment plan specific to your diagnosis. By first determining the tissues that have been injured. You could have disc, muscle, tendon, ligament, bone or joint, and nerve injury. Through examination along with appropriate imaging studies like X-rays and MRI tests would be necessary to make this conclusion. Also, Electrodiagnosis testing would be necessary if the history and exam point to a possible nerve or muscle injury. I do those tests at my Clinic for your convenience.
