Do toenails grow back if surgically removed?

I am a 37 year old female. I want to know if toenails grow back if surgically removed?

It depends on if the doctor burns the nail root once the toenail was removed, if yes, then the nail will not grow back. I would ask that you consult with your surgeon regarding this issue.
They should not regrow if the matrix of the nail (the area that contains the cells that the nail grows from that is beneath the skin) has been chemically or surgically removed. I have seen regrowth most often in adolescent patients.
No.
Yes, toenails will normally grow back when surgically removed unless you have a procedure where the nail root is burned.
