If I sleep on one side of the pillow I'll wake up and the inside of that will feel wet like a maybe a bunch of earwax

You are describing vague general symptoms that may be simply variations of normal function. Pop your ears now and then. If the fullness goes away, then no big deal. The inside of the ear canal has skin just like the rest of your body. If your ear is laying down in the pillow, the inside of the canal will get moist. That's also totally normal. It's normal for your ears to itch every once in a while. Occasional ringing. Your buzzing is not a big deal, but if it's persistent and new, get a hearing test and bring it to an ENT doctor
