“Why am I getting a red booger in my nose every time I blow it?”
I noticed this problem on Saturday and it hasn't stopped. I see a red booger in my nose every time I blow my nose that's what comes out and the left side of my nose. It's hard to touch. I didn't do anything to it but no snot is coming out of my nose but feels like I have something like pneumonia because I have a cough and my throat hurts.

Probably have minor anterior nasal septal slow bleeding site. See ENT for nasal exam and cautery.
