Do you pee a lot after getting a UTI?

I started to pee a lot after getting a UTI. Is it ok?

Yes, you get frequency of urination with UTI.
It’s usually a sign of a UTI (especially if there’s dribbling, forced initiation, or painful urination). But if you’ve been prescribed antibiotics, that very well might be a sign of you eliminating your infection, as long as you still don’t have a fever or pain for urination. Give it 3 to 5 days and get in touch with your prescriber if things haven’t changed.
I wish you well best of luck.

Be well,
