Yes. Sometimes the vision may be less than perfect. Sometimes the eyes are unpleasantly dry after lasik. Rarely is there an infection in the cornea. Lasik is relatively safe but the procedure is generally performed
Yes it can. This is an elective surgical procedure. You have to heal afterwards, and everyone is a little different with that. In addition if you are over 40, you will most likely need reading glasses to be able to read. So you do not completely get rid of glasses and contacts if you have LASIK.
