“Does back pain improve with exercise?”
I have back pain and want to fix it. Does back pain improve with exercise?

The research shows that walking at a moderate pace will improve LBP, but that a program with hip stabilization and core strength (Not crunches) will help more than injections.
It certainly does. An adequate program that emphasizes on movement and core strengthening will eventually help with reducing pain associated with spine. Please visit a local Physiatrist or Physical Therapist so that an adequate program can be designed for you.
Absolutely not! Low back pain only derives from muscle/fascia strain. Any exercises including stretching and strengthening are counterproductive and harmful, which can only worsen the injury. The jammed-up muscle/fascia must first be released and untangled, otherwise, there is no possibility of recovery. This can only be accomplished by self-healing initiated via light touch to the precise injured site, but not by any external means (medication, hot/cold, ultrasound, electrotherapy, massage, manipulation, stretching, strengthening, stem cell, myofascial release, surgery).
