“Does massage help nerve regeneration?”
I have nerve damage in my hand. I want to fix it. Does massage help nerve regeneration?

Massage helps maintain muscle size and tone. Without it, muscles supplied by that nerve are more likely to be smaller and weaker when the nerve does finally recover its connection to the muscle. Massage does not have any effect on recovery of the nerve itself.
There's no research evidence that message helps in nerve regeneration. It can help with pain. It can help with improving blood flow. In the end, it doesn't hurt. So use it.
