My child is 4 years old. I want to know does your child need a hearing test every year?

no - only if you suspect some change in the hearing - TV/computer audio turned up louder - not hearing you when spoken to in a normal volume - your child not speaking clearly then get the hearing tested
No unless there is a genetic hearing loss with the parents
No, unless there are risk factors for hearing loss like recurrent or chronic ear infections, genetic hearing loss in the family, complications during pregnancy or birth, delayed speech and language development, etc.
