“Why is my child so sleepy?”
My 8 year old son is sleepy almost every day. Even when he sleeps for 9 hours. Should I take him to a doctor?

Is he sleeping well during that period or is he snoring with pauses or restless at night? Some children his age may need 10-12 hours of sleep. If this is new, he would need to be checked.
