“Dull ache in pelvic area?”

I've had what I describe as a dull ache in my pelvic area the last week or so. I'm not sure what it is or what it came from, but it's been mostly has been on one side for the past week or so. It has also gone to the other side too, but most of the week has been one side. I don't think it's bad but I do find it bothersome and wonder what is causing it. I think it might be my ovary or things around that area, but I'm also just confused in general. I don't think it's ovulation pain or from my period starting in a week, as I've noticed it after ovulation and it has been there ever since. I've also had lower back pain too that for the most part has gone away.
