Ear infections?

Ear aches, fever, ear very sensitive to sound. My throat is now sore from drainage in here is this an ear infection should I go to the doctor?

It could be an ear infection or a sinus infection since you're having drainage. Regardless it sounds like some sort of eustachian tube dysfunction. You are draining fluid from your sinuses its going into your ears causing pain and is draining down your throat. You could try an antihistamine decongestant combination first like Claritin D, Allegra D, Zyrtec D but if that doesn't help after 48 hours you need to see your physician and possibly get some antibiotics and steroids such as prednisone to help the inflammation and sore throat.
Yes, you need to be examined. From what you describe, I believe you have a sinus infection.
If you have a fever with an earache, that is a strong reason to go to the doctor for a likely course of antibiotics. The most likely cause is a typical ear infection with pus behind the ear drum. The other leading cause of earache is swimmer's ear, which does not usually have a fever. When it does, it is more serious and requires an antibiotic.
Yes you need either oral or inner ear antibiotics please see a physician or urgent care ASAP
