Embedded fiberglass?

I’ve inadvertently been blowing fiberglass around my living space (basement) and garage where I spent much time, with fiberglass via a leaf blower, thinking I was cleaning dust off the floor but not realized I had been blowing around loose insulation and huge chunks of fiberglass from a couch I’d had sitting in the garage that had fiberglass around the cushion- the plastic sheet cover had ripped and I didn’t realize what it was- my dog had laid on this directly numerous times, and he and I are covered, head to toe. It seems to be embedded in my skin and no so much as slivers of it as once were but layers of it covering all my skin which at times have collected, once at my jawline and chin and once at my ankles and feet, resulting in painful swelling and hours of scrubbing it off. It’s in my mouth, my throat, hair, my butt- quite literally head to toe. I am losing my mind here.
