“Extreme dizziness ”
I have a little diarrhea, I feel like vomiting but cannot, might have a little fever, get extremely dizzy every time I stand up, What do you think I have because I have no idea? Thanks!

You might have a stomach flu. Drink frequent small amounts of fluids. Try a little bit of Linden and Chamomille tea. If the diarrhea , nausea and fever persist for 48 hours see your primary or go to a walk in clinic and get checked out. Good luck. Dr F. Sent from the all new AOL app for Android
The dizziness may be dehydration from the diarrhea and vomiting and probably some poor intake.
